Penny Pickle began her work in 1992 with Community Church in Dallas, Texas. She became an ordained minister and instructor of "A Course in Miracles" there with the church name later changed to The Cathedral of Light. For 26 years she was mentored by the founder, Rev. Kay Hunter. She holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Baylor University, and is a practicing Nurse Practitioner in a small Pediatric Clinic in rural East Texas. She lives alone on a country lake. She has twins who attend universities, Peter and Neely.
